ChillCaribbean is an online-based company dedicated to promoting and offering curated tourism experiences in the Dominican Republic. We act as an intermediary between certified local providers and clients from both national and international markets.

2. Service Scope
ChillCaribbean provides a digital platform for booking tours, excursions, and travel-related activities. We are not the direct operator of all listed services unless explicitly stated. Our role is to connect customers with reliable local providers.
3. Booking Terms
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment is received and a written confirmation is sent via email or WhatsApp.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal information during the booking process.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the tour are a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are non-refundable.
If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions or provider-related issues, customers may choose between rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
5. Limited Liability
ChillCaribbean is not responsible for accidents, losses, delays, or any issues that may occur during an activity operated by a third-party provider.
Participation in any tour or activity is at the customerโs own risk.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
ChillCaribbean is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected is used solely for reservation management, customer support, or internal marketing (with user consent).
We do not share personal data with third parties unless itโs necessary to provide the service (e.g., informing the tour provider)
We comply with international data protection laws, including the GDPR and Law 172-13 of the Dominican Republic.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content (including text, images, videos, and logo) is the intellectual property of ChillCaribbean or its content creators and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
8. Payment Methods & Security
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways.
All payment information is processed through SSL-encrypted third-party platforms. ChillCaribbean does not store any sensitive financial data.
9. Policy Updates
ChillCaribbean reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and will become effective upon publication.
10. Governing Law
Any disputes arising from the use of our platform or services shall be governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without affecting the consumer rights of users in other jurisdictions.

11. Customer Behavior Policy
ChillCaribbean reserves the right to deny service to any client whose behavior poses a risk to the safety, respect, or well-being of the group, guides, or providers. Aggressive, disrespectful, or unlawful conduct will result in immediate removal from the activity with no refund.
12. Children and Minors Policy
Participation of children under 18 years of age must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Some tours may have age restrictions for safety or legal reasons, which will be clearly specified in the tour description.
13. Force Majeure Clause
In cases of extreme weather events or other force majeure circumstances, ChillCaribbean will do its best to reschedule the activity. However, refunds are not guaranteed in such events beyond our control.
14. User Account & Login (if applicable)
If the user creates an account on our platform, they are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. ChillCaribbean is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence or shared access.
15. Affiliate and Promotion Codes (if applicable)
Any promotional discount codes shared by our partners or affiliates are valid only under the terms provided at the time of issuance. ChillCaribbean reserves the right to invalidate codes due to abuse or expiration.
16. Review & Testimonial Usage
Reviews and testimonials submitted by customers may be used by ChillCaribbean for marketing purposes. By submitting a review, you grant us permission to publish it on our website, social media, or marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.
17. Changes to Itinerary Policy
ChillCaribbean and its providers reserve the right to modify the itinerary, schedule, or stops of any tour due to operational, safety, or local factors. Clients will always be informed in advance when possible. These changes do not qualify for refunds unless the core experience is significantly affected.
18. Photo & Media Consent Policy
During some tours, photos and videos may be taken by our team or partners for marketing purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image unless you explicitly request otherwise before the activity.
19. International Customer Policy
International travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all immigration, health, and safety requirements. ChillCaribbean is not liable for denied entry, visa issues, or inability to attend a tour due to travel documentation problems.
20. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools
Some parts of our website or communication processes may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance user experience, generate content, or assist with customer service. These tools are monitored to ensure accuracy and compliance with our privacy standards.
